Get 1 small tin tomatoes
Make ready 4 tomatoes
Make ready 3 fresh pepper
Prepare 1 onion
Take 2 big tatashe
Prepare 1 cksp veg oil
Make ready 1/2 kg beef diced in chunk
Get to taste salt
Take 2 knorr cube
Make ready pinch thyme
Make ready 1 tsp curry powder
Take 1 tsp ginger and garlic powder

Instructions to make Beef Stew:
Wash tomatoes, pepper, tatashe and onions and blend till its smooth then heat up in a pot allow the water dry up and set aside
Wash beef spice and parboil once the beef is tender and cooked through, turn off heat and set aside
Heat up pot add veg oil once its hot, fry beef, once you are done frying the beef, remove set aside and add parboiled tomatoes paste
Stir continuously till for about 15minutes then add tin tomatoes fry till the sour taste is gone, add salt, knorr cube, ginger and garlic powder, fried beef, stir in a little water and reduce the heat
Allow it to simmer on low heat for about 8minutes, turn off heat and serve.
