    1. Get 6 pieces Bitter gourd
    2. Get 2 Onion
    3. Prepare 2 Tomato
    4. Prepare 4 Green chilli
    5. Make ready to taste Salt
    6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    7. Take to taste Red chilli powder
    8. Take 1 tsp Dry mango powder
    9. Get 1 tsp Garam masala
    10. Prepare as needed Cooking Oil

    Instructions to make Karela Kachri:

    1. Cut bitter gourd in round pieces. Salt it thoroughly and keep aside for 4 hours and rinse in running water to remove it's bitterness and excess salt.
    2. In a karahi heat oil and put bitter gourd pieces and fry for 10 minutes on low flame.
    3. Meanwhile chop onions and put in karahi. Add all dry masala and stir well.
    4. Grate tomatoes and make a puree. Stir occasionally. When onion is done add tomato puree paste in it and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
    5. Karela kachri is ready to serve.
