    2. For 1/2 a cup of finely ground Bulgur (the kind used for Tabbouleh), use (less than, like 7/8ths) a cup of boiling water or water mixed with stock cube, if desired.
    3. Combine in a bowl or container with salt and cover 10 mins or until all liquid is absorbed. No need to cook on the stove, the boiling water will cook it. Fluff with a fork.
    4. Once the bulgur is ready, mix it with the stir-fried pechay. Serve as a side with your protein.
