    1. Take 4 clove garlic
    2. Get 5 clove shallot
    3. Prepare 3 red pepper /chili
    4. Take 5 cayenne pepper (red)
    5. Prepare 1/4 tsp shrimp paste (terasi)
    6. Take 4 kaffir lime leaf (chop)
    7. Make ready 50 ml tamarind water ( soak tamarind in 50 ml water,wait for 5 minute )
    8. Get 1/2 cup champignon mushroom ( thin slice)
    9. Prepare 1/2 cup shrimp ( peel the skin)
    10. Get 1/2 cup squid ( slice like a ring )
    11. Prepare 2 tbsp olive oil
    12. Prepare 1/3 cup seafood stock (from the shrimp's skin) or if u don't like the taste, u can use regular chicken stock
    13. Prepare 1 small laos/ lengkuas / galingale (crush it)
    14. Get 2 stick lemongrass (slice thin the white part)
    15. Prepare 1 tsp salt
    16. Take 2 tsp palm sugar
    17. Take 1 packages spaghetti ( or u can use any kind of pasta u like ) boil it,follow the direction. drain it.
    18. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Okeh biasanya saya masak tomyam ayam sbb senang & takyah tunggu lama nak empuk mcm daging. Siapa memang 'hantu' tomyam dekat sini, angkat tangan! Memang tomyam yang merupakan makanan yang berasal dari negara Thailand ini sudah menjadi kegemaran rakyat di Malaysia juga. Blhlah kita bikin spaghetti angel hair goreng tomyam.

    1. prepare the pan. heat it,add olive oil, add the puree / paste ( garlic, shallot, chayyene pepper, red pepper,shrimp paste) add laos, chopped onion, lemongrass, keffir lime leaf, tamarind water and lemon juice, saute it until the smell is good.
    2. add the shrimp, squid. stir it until the color of the shrimp is change,and the squid is tender ( about 5 minute ).
    3. add seafood stock, wait until it's boiling, add spaghetti, stir it.. ad palm sugar,salt. mix it. wait until the stock is shrink but not too dry,still moist. put in on a plate. enjoy the sour,hot and spicy spaghetti in a diffrent way ;)
