    3. Knead it well.(اچھی طرح سے آٹے کو مکے لگا کر گوندھ لیں ۔اس سے آٹا اچھا نرم گوندھے گا اور روٹیاں بہت پھولی پھولی اور نرم بنیں گی۔
    4. Now kneading is done.apply ghee on kneaded dough.and keep it rest for at least 15 minutes.(آٹا گوندھ گیا ہے اب اس میں اوپر سے گھی لگا کر 15 منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں)۔
    5. Now make medium size balls.اب اس کے درمیانے سائز کے پیڑے بنالیں۔
    6. Now apply ghee in balls.ghee prevent dough not to be black In colour If you want to keep in fridge (اب پیڑوں پر گھی لگا دیں اس سےاگر آٹا گوندھنے کے بعد فریج میں رکھنا ہو تو آٹا کالا نہیں ہوتا ہے۔
    7. اگر آٹا گوندھ کر فریج میں رکھنا ہے تو اس طرح سے پیڑوں پر گھی لگا کر اوپر سے پلاسٹک لگا دیں اور کسی ڈبے میں رکھ کر فریج میں رکھ لیں۔دو دن استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔
    8. اب روٹی بنانے کے لیے اسے گول بیل لیں۔ پھر توے پر ڈال دیں ایک طرف سے تھوڑا ببلز سے آ نے لگیں تو دوسری طرف پلٹ دیں۔
    9. اور اس طرف سے سینک لیں پھر اسے پلٹ دیں اور اس طرح سے روٹی پوری پھول جائے گی۔
    10. روٹی تیار ہے چاہیں تو اس پر مکھن ڈال کر بھی کھا سکتے ہیں۔
    11. اس آٹے سے پراٹھے بھی بنائے جاسکتے ہیں۔
