    4. Bit by bit, add in warm water and kneed for about five minutes
    5. Pinch out sections, roll them out, apply ghee evenly and fold them into a ball. Let the balls sit for about 1 hour; covered
    6. Pick each ball, roll them out and fry them till brown patches form on each side. Then fry with ghee till golden.
