In a bowl take together besan, onion, chilli, coriander leaves, haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, half of the sesame seeds, hing and salt. Add enough water and prepare a thick paste.
Spread the prepared paste on the leftover chapati. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it.
Heat little oil in a non stick pan. Place the chapati with the batter side down. Cover and cook for a few minutes. Flip and cook till the base is slightly crispy. Remove from the pan, cut into triangles and Enjoy!
