Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, garlic and green chillies to the pan and cook till onions are soft, not translucent. Ensure garlic does not burn.
Add tomatoes and saute till semi-dry.
Add the chicken masala. Saute till slightly dry.
Work very, very fast with the roe: Roughly chop into half-bite sized pieces and add to the pan. Saute till half-cooked.
Add curry leaves and continue cooking.
A minute before switching off the flame, add crushed pepper and mix well.
After cooking, switch off flame, squeeze lime juice over eggs.
