    7. Add the second cup of water. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower.
    8. Add the broccoli and cauliflower after you steam 5 minutes.
    9. Stir in taste and adjust salt if need be.
    10. Cover and remove from heat. Let rest 15 minutes.
