    13. Get - 4 pc cloves,

    15. Make ready 1 cardamom sticks

    17. Prepare 1 Teaspoon jeera & Saunf - Grind it in mixer
    18. Take 4 teaspoon Mustard oil
    19. Prepare 3 Teaspoon Ghee

    1. Make Mutton Stock
    2. Grind the spices in the mixer Grinder to make a powder
    3. Take Masala powders for the Gravy
    4. Slice the onions
    5. Heat the Pan & Take Ghee & mustard oil in it. Add the onions & Ginger Garlic paste to it. Fry it till golden light brown.
    6. Now add the Mutton stock over it & fry it for 15mins in Medium to low Flame
    7. Add slowly all the spices, grinded powder& Curd to it
    8. Now cook on low flame for almost 35 mins & cover the pan.
    9. We need the Mutton to be very Tender. So if the Mutton doesn't become tender Please transfer it to Pressure cooker & cook for more 10 mins.
    10. Now Mutton Rogan Josh is Ready to be Served.
