Soften diced onion with chili powder in oil over medium heat.
Blend seasonings, chopped garlic and softened onions in a food processor. Add extra oil or water as needed.
Heat paste over medium-heat, stirring occasionally.
Add chickpeas and corn into mixture, cook for 5 minutes (stirring occasionally).
Add chicken soup, cook for 5 minutes. Add seasoning as needed for taste.
