Instructions
Instructions to make Chickpea Stuffed Aloo tikki:
Take a bowl. Add Boiled potatoes, salt, lemon juice, mint leaves, rice flour, green chilli, chilli flakes etc. Mentioned above. Mix everything well to form a dough.
Dry roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds and carom seeds on a pan till it turns aromatic and grind this mixture coarsely. Keep aside
Take a pan. Add 2 tsp oil and add boiled chickpeas. Add all the dry spices red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and cook for 5 mins. Keep this stuffing aside.
Take potato mixture. Flatten mix on hands. Place 1 tsp stuffing. Grease hands with oil and carefully shape into tikkis.
Fry tikkis in hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
Serve with Dahi, green chutney, imli chutney, finely chopped onions, sev, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and some left over chickpeas. Enjoy this super yummy dish with your friends and family.
