Take a big pan add sugar and make 2strings chashni.Now add grated khoya and stir for 2mins. Churn cashew and add in khoya and chashni mixture stir continously. check if it bind like a dough.
Now takeout half part on a plastic and knead like dough.and roll like roti.
Add rose syrup in another part.mix well turn off flame and knead like plain cashew mixture.3-4min. knead when it hot. Roll like roti one by one. Place plain cashew roti on top ofcashew rose roti.
Now fold from one side to another and make roll. Put in freeze for 15-20 mins. Take out and coat silver. Adjust thickness and cut like patra.Yummy delicious Cashew rose patra is ready.
