    8. Now squeeze the liquid from the pulp…use a sieve..your forks or hands will do
    9. Set the pulp aside
    10. The water you had soaked the pulp plus the excess water from the pulp..add sugar/honey and a little lemon juice..stir well
    11. Sieve to remove any impurities or solids
    12. Store in the fridge for up to a month..you can add more water if you feel it is too tangy
