- Pan mein oil dal kar chicken ko fry kar lyn. Ab is mein bar b q sauce dal kar itna pkayn ke chicken b gal jay or sauce b dry ho jay. Bht zyada dry nahi krna.
- Aik alag pan mein pani boil karein 2,3 drops oil kar jis mein ap macroni dal kar required time take boil karein gy. Us ke bad macroni ko chan lyn.
- Pan mein butter dal kar melt kar lein low to medium flame par. Ab is mein salt & black pepper dalen.
- Flour add karein yeah mixture aik dm sy dry ho jay ga ab is mein ahista ahista milk add karein ke guthlyan na bnyn. Chamch muslsl chalaty jayn.
- Capsicum & carrot add kar dein. Sath hi dono cheeses b add kar dein. Cheese melt hony take cook karein. Sauce ko bht thick nahi krna.
- Ab is mein boiled macroni or bar b q chicken cubes dal dein or achy sy mix karein
- Oper thori c chedder & mozrella cheese dal kar chahyn tou iregani sprinkle karein ya olives dalen ya aesy hi is ko dum lagadein or dhkn dhk dein. 5-7 minutes baad flame off kar dein.
