Heat blend oil in a wok over high heat. Add chicken tenders cook for 2 minutes.
Push chicken towards sides of wok away from the center. Add sesame oil, garlic, shallots, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3 mins.
Add cauliflower and cashews. Sauté 2-3 mins or until cauliflower is half way cooked. Then add slaw.
Sauté for another 3 mins then add soy sauce, toss, and turn off heat. Add chili flake or siracha if you like.
Serve with rice of your choice. Enjoy!
